Live viewing is not a security camera — it is a service opened with your consent. Here are the rules, in plain words:
Play room only
Sleep and bathroom areas are out of scope.
Mutual consent
Explicit consent from every parent using the room; if a child without consent is present, the stream stays off.
Automatic cut-off
Starts at check-in, ends the instant the child is checked out.
No recording, no audio
Nothing is stored; screen recording blocked; servers in Türkiye.
Voluntary staff
Supervision is voluntary and paid extra; staff are separately informed.
Privacy file ready
Privacy notice, consent form and joint-controller agreement are provided by Cedgo.
Frequently asked questions
Who supervises my child?
Your school's own teacher — not Cedgo staff. Licensed school personnel your child already knows.
Can other parents see my child?
The stream is open only to parents using the same room at that moment who have given mutual explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time; the stream then stays off while your child is in the room.
Is it recorded?
No. Nothing is stored, no audio is captured, screen recording is blocked. Servers are in Türkiye.
How much does it cost?
Your school sets the fee and publishes it in its annual fee schedule.
Can I use my Cedgo branch minutes here?
No; AfterSchool is a separate service. But as an AfterSchool parent you get 240 free minutes at Cedgo branches.
