The nature of the room
No lessons take place in the room — free play only. Cedgo branding stays inside the room; signage and official paperwork carry your school's name. Set-up takes 2–3 weeks and does not disrupt teaching.

Collected into the school's account
Parents pay from the wallet; funds go to the school's bank account registered with the Ministry; receipts in the school's name.
Fee schedule
The fee is added as a separate line in the school's annual fee schedule; timing is planned together at the site visit.
Staff are the school's
The supervisor is your own licensed staff member; Cedgo staff never enter the room.
Data protection
Joint-controller agreement, registry filing and the parent consent file are completed before set-up.

Frequently asked questions
Do we convert a classroom?
No. Your existing play room or play hall is used; no classroom is converted and your floor plan does not change.
Does the staff come from Cedgo?
No. The supervisor is your own licensed staff member. The role is voluntary and paid extra; Cedgo staff never enter the room.
Who collects the money?
The school. Parents pay through the Cedgo wallet, but funds go directly to the school's registered bank account. Cedgo invoices its share monthly.
Is live viewing legally safe?
The stream runs only in the play room, with every parent's explicit consent, without recording or audio, and ends automatically at pick-up. Cedgo prepares the privacy file. A school may also start without live viewing.
Does set-up disrupt teaching?
No. Decor and toy installation takes 2–3 weeks and happens outside teaching hours.
How long is the contract?
Two years, then renewed annually. Details are settled at the site visit.
